The cookies are crumbly, fragile, not very sweet, the taste of buckwheat is present, but somehow very unobtrusive and interesting!

  1. Combine together two types of flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, vanilla sugar, then add vegetable oil and sour cream to the mixture.
  2. The dough turns out to be loose and crumbly, but when we roll the cookies, the shape remains. We make cookies the size of a walnut, lay them out on a silicone mat and send them to the oven.
  3. We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Cookies may crack in some places when finished. Sprinkle with icing sugar when serving.
