Properly cooked shortbread cookies have always been considered to be incredibly tasty and melt in your mouth quickly. And if it is also quickly prepared, it is absolutely beauty, especially for novice cooks! Therefore, I will not torment you for a long time, but I propose to quickly proceed directly to the cooking process itself. Today these are homemade Minutka cookies.

Since the process of kneading the dough is very fast, we will set the oven to preheat to 180 degrees in advance.
  2. You should get a soft, airy dough, but by no means tight (otherwise our cookies will turn out to be hard). Be careful!
  3. Roll out the dough into a round layer 3-4 mm thick. If you like more crumbly cookies, then you can roll 2 mm thick. We form small cakes. We transfer to a baking sheet pre-covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sugar and poppy seeds on top. Everything, now we can safely send it to the oven for 15 minutes.
