I am very lucky that my close people support me in my hobbies. Recently I was visiting my godfather and his wife Alla took out a candy bowl made of colored glass, which was "very fashionable" in the 80s. “Take it, it will come in handy for you,” she said. My joy knew no bounds. The question arose of how to combine something edible with this vase))) And thinking about that time, I remembered that silver pyramids of processed cheese were laid out on store shelves. My husband immediately perked up and began to remember this wonderful product as a snack for the yard men playing dominoes))) I remembered about the cookies "out of nothing", but we loved it ... It is absolutely not sweet, it is made literally in minutes. My children ate it just like that, and dipping it in condensed milk or jam. Now I have found another use for it ... as an appetizer for wine with fig mustard (but this is already me spoiled by modernity).

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grate curds and butter on a coarse grater. Add flour and knead soft, but not sticky dough. Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick, sprinkle with sugar and cut cookies with cookie cutters (you can simply cut into strips with a knife). Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until light golden brown.
