Cut the cooled cake on both sides to the size of two wafer sheets folded together (the size of two wafer sheets is 29/30 cm for me) and then cut the cake in half. Do the same with the second part of the test. We will get 4 cakes the size of one waffle crust (15/29 cm).
Alternately coat the cakes with jam and lay them on top of each other
Smear the waffle sheet with TM "Maheev" jam, put the first cake layer, coat with jam again, cover with the second cake - smear, the third cake - smear, 4 cake - smear, cover with the second waffle sheet. Put a cutting board on top and place the load. Leave it on for a few hours, preferably overnight.
Cut the Soyuznoye cookies into equal pieces
Remove the load, cut into equal pieces, I cut into 30 pieces.

You can make such cookies multi-colored by adding yellow dye to one part and red to the other.
