Cookies with M&M

Ingredients

• 170 g butter
• 260 g flour
• 1/2 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 220 g light brown sugar
• 100 g white sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 115 g M&M chocolates

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 160 ° C. Melt the butter in a metal bowl over low heat. In a second bowl, stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Add white and brown sugar to butter and mix well. Add egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract. Add flour mixture and M&M candy. Divide the dough into 12 parts, roll into balls and flatten, bake for about 15-20 minutes. After baking, the cookies will dry and crisp.
