Leading to confusion in families, arranging fierce battles for the last piece and giving indescribable pleasure ... That's right. Even now, remembering the enchanting taste of these cookies, I choke on saliva. They are so delicious. So, if you do decide to cook them, do not say later that I did not warn you. You will not notice how one cookie will remain from a whole baking sheet, for which the whole family will fight.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat butter mercilessly with sugar for 5-7 minutes until fluffy. Enter 3 yolks one at a time, each time waiting for complete friendship and understanding. Sift flour cheerfully and mix with salt. Change the dough hooks to your mixer friend (or use a spatula and hands) and add flour. Wait for a homogeneous state, form a ball out of the dough, wrap it up with a film and send it to the refrigerator for an hour, rest and prepare for a happy rebirth in the form of cookies.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a 5mm thick slab. Eccentrically cut the cookies with your favorite cookie cutter (I'm a fan of hearts, for example). Transfer them gently to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Carefully grease the cookies with a brush (by the way, I have both a culinary silicone and a regular painting one. I like the second one more) with yolk and sprinkle with nuts (optional). Bake for 10-15 minutes until wonderful golden brown. Let cool completely and enjoy!
