  6. Cut out various figures from the rolled dough using molds. Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Heat the oven to 180 ° C.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Then let cool and transfer to a plate or basket. Let the shortbread cookies cool completely.
