Fried eggs are perhaps the most popular breakfast dish. Mamiya Jojua, the chef of the Kazbek restaurant, offers a version of fried eggs with a Georgian scale - with beef tenderloin, bacon and suluguni cheese.

  1. Heat a frying pan, add sunflower oil and fry with plain egg fried eggs.
  2. Divide the beef tenderloin into 3 pieces (10 g each), wrap each piece with bacon, secure with a toothpick and fry until golden brown in a pan.
  3. Shake the breading egg in a small bowl. Pour cornmeal into a flat plate. Dip a piece of suluguni in an egg, then roll in flour and deep-fry until golden brown.
  4. Put the scrambled eggs on a plate, top with the bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin and suluguni cheese, pour over the tomato sauce and garnish with red basil leaves.
