  1. Mix flour, icing sugar, salt, spices and butter, add yolks and roll the dough into a ball. Put in the refrigerator for 40-45 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough 0.5 cm thick, cut cookies with cookie cutters. Bake for 12-15 minutes at a temperature of 200C
  3. Cool the cookies and decorate with icing: 150g icing sugar, 1 egg white and a drop of lemon juice.
