  3. Rub 90 grams of grated chocolate on a fine grater. It is better to use chocolate with a cocoa content of 80% or more, this will give the ice cream a richer cocoa flavor. Add the grated chocolate to the plate to the cream and condensed milk. Mix the ingredients gently with a spoon.
  4. Pour 150 milliliters of milk into a separate plate and cool it well.
