Delicious crunchy, crumbly biscuits !!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat 200g of soft butter with 180g of powdered sugar + vanilla sugar. Add 2 large eggs, a pinch of salt + 200 g of small oatmeal + 250 g of sifted flour mixed with 10 g of baking powder. Add chocolate drops to the dough (I also added flax seeds). It may take a little more flour. The dough should roll into balls, stick very slightly
  2. We pinch off a piece of dough (I have 35 grams), roll it into a ball and slightly flatten it into a cake. Bake at 180 degrees until a slight blush (15 minutes). Cool down and PLEASANT !!
