Macaroons with tangerines

Almond flour gives baked goods an extraordinary taste and texture, while tangerines will decorate and add to the festive mood.

  1. Beat the softened butter with sugar, add the egg. Beat again.
  2. Add almond and wheat flour, orange zest
  3. Add almond flour, sugar, flour, orange peel. Add 1 tbsp. orange juice. Mix.
  4. Roll the macaroons dough into 2 cylinders
  5. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll up 2 cylinders with a diameter of 5 cm, wrap in foil and put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  6. Cut the tangerines into thin slices
  7. Wash and dry the tangerines. Cut into thin slices (the knife must be very sharp). Place the tangerine mugs on a paper towel.
  8. Cut the dough into pieces, put the tangerines on top and bake
  9. Preheat oven to 180 °. Cut the dough into circles of 5-7 mm, spread on a baking sheet. Arrange the tangerines on the cookies. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool almond cookies with tangerines and sprinkle with icing sugar
  11. Cool the cookies and sprinkle with icing sugar. Bon Appetit!
