  2. Throw frozen peas in boiling water, and cook for 5 minutes. It should be soft but not crumble. Take the peas in a separate bowl and set them aside. Wash and cut vegetables: peppers - straws, and cherry tomatoes - in half.
  3. Heat a frying pan, pour a little oil, and fry the mackerel. Transfer the fish to a plate. In the same pan, alternately fry onions and sweet peppers. It is desirable to add a little salt to vegetables.
  4. Having prepared all the components, proceed to bake. Spread sweet peppers on the bottom of the multicooker, then tomatoes, and mackerel on top. It is better than all layers are evenly distributed. Pour green peas and fried onions on top of the fish, and pour white wine. Cook the dish in the "Baking" mode for 30-40 minutes. When serving, sprinkle mackerel with herbs.
