Mushroom Cookies

Unusual cookies can become not only a decoration for the New Year's table, but also a lovely gift.

Ingredients

• flour 300 g
• butter 100 g
• mayonnaise 100 g
• egg 1 pc.
• salt 1 pinch (s)
• soda 1 pinch (s)
• baking powder 1 tsp
• sugar 100 g

Directions

1. Prepare food for making shortcrust pastry.
2. Mix soft butter with mayonnaise.
3. Beat the egg with sugar.
4. Combine the oil mixture with the egg mixture and stir.
5. Add sifted flour mixed with baking powder and baking soda.
6. Knead soft shortcrust pastry and chill in the refrigerator for an hour, previously covered with cling film.
7. Divide the cooled dough into small portions and roll into balls the size of a walnut.
8. Using a lid or a bottle neck, arrange the "legs" of the mushrooms by dipping it into cocoa powder and pressing the dough ball in the center. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
