Peel the pineapple, remove the eyes.

In a deep bowl - butter, sugar, yolks, milk powder - beat with a mixer. Add flour and starch.
Wrap pineapple jam in cookie dough
Tear off a small piece from the dough, make a cake 5 mm thick. Put jam (about 1/2 tsp) in the center, close up.

Put the cookies on a baking sheet, grease with condensed milk. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
