Purple cookies with white chocolate

A very correct cookie from a texture point of view: moderately oily, moderately crumbly and, surprisingly, not particularly harmful - you can see for yourself :)

Ingredients

• rice / wheat flour 180 g
• softened butter 125 g
• sugar 1-2 tablespoons
• white chocolate 70 g
• black currant at discretion

Directions

1. We mix butter and sugar.
2. Add chocolate melted in a water bath to the butter.
3. Gradually add flour, sifted through a sieve, and then chopped chocolate and currants free from any juices.
4. We fold the dough into a sausage, wrap it in cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. We cut the cookies and bake in the oven for 15 minutes 180 degrees.
