Every year during the raspberry season, I bake these delicious cookies. I suggest you try it, I think it will not leave you indifferent either.

  3. Knead the dough with flour (mixed with baking powder). Add water if necessary.
  4. Put raspberries on the rolled dough
  5. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll them into rectangular layers (it is more convenient to do this on baking paper). Spread raspberries on one layer of dough, sprinkle with starch and sugar to taste.
