Valentine's Day is coming soon, and why not treat all relatives and friends with delicious valentines ...

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
  2. Whisk butter and vanillin
  3. Beat butter, powder and vanillin with a mixer on medium speed, about 1 minute.
  4. Add dye to the cookie dough
  5. Reduce speed to low and while whisking, add dry ingredients and color in portions. My dye is dry (2 sachets of 3 g each) and I previously dissolved it in a small amount of water. Stir until smooth. Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in the freezer for 1 hour.
  6. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar
  7. Using a blendra, combine cream cheese (I have mascarpone), coconut, powdered sugar, salt and vanillin.
  8. Cooling the cookie mix in the refrigerator
  9. My mass turned out to be quite thick and I added milk. Refrigerate.
  10. Roll out the dough into a non-thin layer of 0.5 - 1 cm and cut out the cookies
  11. Baking sandwich cookies in the oven
  12. Bake cookies at 180 g for 8-10 minutes. Cool the cookies on a wire rack.
  13. Ready-made sandwich cookies "Red Velvet"
  14. Spread one half of the cookie with cream and cover with the second. BON APPETIT!!!
