Asian-style dinner - delight your family with an unusual and mouth-watering dish! A recipe for lovers of Asian cuisine, and in particular Japanese, and lovers of culinary experiments. I love to cook this dish, especially for the arrival of guests - it will certainly be a success! Very tasty!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare abalones - use a spoon to separate the flesh from the shells. Separate the organs from the meat, leave the liver for the sauce.
  2. Pass the liver through a sieve, mix with soy sauce and melted butter (cooled).
  3. Boil broccoli, remove from water.
  4. Cut the abalone from the front side shallowly several times diagonally and season slightly to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat a frying pan with butter over medium heat and fry the ears on the incised side for 1 minute, then on the back for 30 seconds.
  6. Meanwhile, spread the liver sauce over the incised side of the ears, turn over and fry for another 30 seconds. Remove from pan.
  7. In the same frying pan in oil after the ears, fry the cabbage.
  8. Place broccoli and ear on a sink or plate, place on top of wakame. Serve with chopped green onions and seaweed.
  9. Bon Appetit!
