Homemade cookies are the coziest baked goods ever! Cookies according to this recipe are incredibly tender, crispy and crumbly at the same time. Be sure to bake-bake-bake and treat!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat butter at room temperature with a mixer at high speed for 5 minutes.
  2. Add two types of sugar and powdered sugar, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Beat well for 3 minutes.
  3. Add 2 yolks, beat. At this stage, we will prepare nuts or seeds (if you are using nuts, grind them into small crumbs, but not to the state of flour). Add flour and mix the dough at the lowest speed of the mixer until all the flour is mixed.
  4. Add prepared nuts or seeds. Mix with spatula. Divide the dough into 2-3 parts. Part of the dough can be frozen. The part from which we will bake the cookies is rolled out on a 5-6 mm thick film.
  5. Put this layer in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  6. We take out a layer of dough and immediately cut out the cookies. Squeeze some jam from above through a pastry bag. Bake for 10-13 minutes. You need to watch how it got gilded, pull it out. It turns out incredibly tasty cookies - try it!
