Shortbread cookies with jam

Very simple and at the same time incredibly tasty cookies that not only look beautiful, but also eat quickly!

  1. Beat the butter softened at room temperature for about 5 minutes. Add sugar and powdered sugar - beat well again. Then add cinnamon and salt - beat again
  2. Add yolks - beat
  3. Then add flour - mix until a homogeneous shortcrust pastry is formed. Introduce sunflower seeds and mix
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment to a thickness of 4-5 mm and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour
  5. Next, cut out the cookies with plows, apply a drop of jam (the most convenient is through the culinary bag)
  6. We bake cookies in an oven well preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Cool the finished cookies
