Very funny, and most importantly, delicious shortbread cookies that cause a lot of joy for kids.

Ingredients

  1. Sift the flour.
  2. Grind butter and flour for dough
  3. Put flour in a blender bowl, add softened butter.
  4. The dough should be blended until crumbled.
  5. Whisk everything at high speed until crumbled.
  6. Add powdered sugar, vanillin, salt, yolks
  7. Add powdered sugar, vanillin, salt, yolks. If you need cold milk (I added).
  8. Knead shortcrust pastry to make cookies
  9. Knead into a soft, elastic dough quickly. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  10. Roll out the dough and cut into strips for making cookies
  11. Divide the dough into 2 parts, send one to the refrigerator. Roll out the dough about 1 cm thick, cut with a ruler into strips 10 cm long and 1 cm wide. Do the same with the second part of the dough.
  12. Bake shortbread cookies until tender
  13. Use a wide knife or spatula to transfer the cookies to the baking sheet. bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees), 8-10 minutes. Do not overdo the cookies, they should be light in appearance.
  14. Prepare the icing for the shortbread cookie
  15. Prepare the icing. Beat the powdered sugar (100 g) and protein until fluffy, adding lemon juice.
  16. Add shortbread dye to the icing
  17. Then add the dye (any color), mix well.
  18. Dip shortbread cookies in the icing and leave to dry
  19. Dip one end of the cookies into the frosting and place on a wire rack. Leave to dry for 2-3 hours (I left it overnight).
  20. Matches shortbread cookies are ready to serve
