Ingredients

Directions

  1. Break 3 eggs into a deep mixing bowl or bowl.
  2. Add 180 grams of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt to the eggs.
  3. Beat everything with a mixer until white foam.
  4. Add 100 ml of vegetable oil to the beaten eggs with sugar and beat for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Sift 4 cups of flour into a separate deep bowl (you may not need all of it). In a bowl of eggs, sugar and butter, add 5 tablespoons of sifted flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Add flour while continuing to beat the dough.
  6. Next, change the mixer attachment to a dough attachment (or start kneading the dough with a silicone spatula). Add the remaining sifted flour into the dough. It will thicken, but the dough will not stop sticking to your hands. Don't add more flour than necessary.
  7. Forming and baking cookies
  8. Sprinkle a little flour on the kitchen board or work surface.
  9. Place the dough on the table.
  10. Since the dough is sticky, brush your hands with vegetable oil. Tear off small pieces from the dough and shape them into cookies of any shape.
  11. Place the finished cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  12. Send the baking sheet to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The baking time depends on your oven. Be careful: the cookies on top will not be covered with a golden brown crust, but will remain light. You can understand that the cookie is ready by the cracks that begin to appear on its surface.
  13. Wait until the cookies have completely cooled down and sprinkle them with powdered sugar (you need about 50 grams). Use a sieve to dust the cookies evenly. The dish is ready. Bon Appetit!
