I found the basis for the recipe quite by accident in our family cookbook. Mom very often cooked these cookies in a large pie pan and they constantly crumbled and fell apart in places. Then the idea came to me - to make these cookies flat and designed for a large number of people. As for the flavor combinations, then you can safely improvise as you please. Cherries - almonds; Strawberry; finely chopped apricots; peaches; strawberries, etc. This cookie can be called universal for your imagination and imagination.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. First, beat the egg and sugar until smooth. Then we grind the oatmeal to a powder state and add to our egg mass. Immediately add the diced margarine (room temperature) there, so that later to mix the whole mixture together.
  2. Add the loosened dough, vanillin and another 1 tbsp. l. whole oatmeal to make our mass stronger. As soon as all the ingredients are added, stir the entire mass with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. At home, the oven has a two-sided heating function. If you have the same, feel free to choose it. If not, then you will need to keep an eye on the baking process. While the oven is heating up, take a baking sheet and put the baking paper there (I like perforated silicone paper, which can most often be found in the Perekrestok chain of stores). We dump the base for our cookies on paper and try to distribute the entire mass around the perimeter of the baking sheet. (if you are unable to evenly distribute the mass, sprinkle it with a little water).
  4. Once the entire mass is distributed evenly throughout the baking sheet, take an orange and start rubbing its zest so as to give your liver an unforgettable citrus flavor. Now, take the cocoa and sprinkle it through the flour sifter.
  5. Once everything is ready, put the whole mass in the oven for 20 minutes and sometimes make sure that the cookies brown a little. As soon as you see that it does not shine on top - remove it from the oven and carefully cut it with a blunt butter knife into the shapes you want (squares, rectangles, diamonds), then try one cookie from the edge to check if you need he has yet to get ready. If it is still damp, leave it in the oven for another 5-7 minutes. If it is already ready, turn off the oven and put your cookies there, thereby allowing it to dry out a little more.
  6. After cooking, gently pry your cookies with the tip of a knife and place in a bowl. Bon Appetit!
