Spicy pea cookies

These spicy and savory cookies are a great snack or snack.

  1. Cook the peas until soft. Pour rice flour directly into hot water with peas and butter, immediately turn off the stove, mix everything thoroughly, then close the pan with a lid and set to cool.
  2. When the mass has cooled, add spices to it, except for sesame seeds. It is better to knead the coriander a little. Mix sesame seeds (black and white) with pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Roll up sausages and rings from the mass, roll in sesame and pepper and fry until golden brown in a pan on all sides. Place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
