When the mass has cooled, add spices to it, except for sesame seeds. It is better to knead the coriander a little. Mix sesame seeds (black and white) with pepper in a separate bowl.
Roll up sausages and rings from the mass, roll in sesame and pepper and fry until golden brown in a pan on all sides. Place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
