I suggest making cookies with fresh strawberries. Such cookies are prepared very quickly, and fresh berries will become a delicious addition to it.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Add butter and honey, stir until crumbled. Then add baked milk and vanilla syrup.
  2. Knead the dough, it turns out to be quite dense.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut it into such pieces. It is not worth rolling out thinly (the thickness should be about 2 cm), after baking the dough will need to be cut.
  4. Bake the cookies at 170 ° C for about 12-14 minutes, until tender.
  5. Cut fresh strawberries into slices and top with sweet syrup (I covered strawberries with maple syrup).
  6. Cut the cookies into halves. Mix the mascarpone (or any curd cheese of your choice) with the powder and apply a layer of cheese to half of the cookie.
  7. Place strawberry slices on top of the cheese, pour over the syrup and garnish with a mint leaf.
  8. Enjoy your tea.
