Surprise your guests with such a simple yet delicious snack! These shrimp tartlets taste incredible! They look good on the festive table, refreshing and complement almost any dish. In addition, they are suitable as a good snack for alcoholic beverages.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. How to make tartlets? Prepare the required ingredients. You can take purchased tartlets or cook them yourself according to any suitable recipe. Whether they are sandy or flaky, it doesn't matter, it's a matter of choice. In order not to suffer with peeling shrimp, it is better to buy peeled shrimp immediately. You can take any cheese, boiled, soft, hard or semi-hard.
  2. Boil the shrimps in water until cooked according to the instructions on their packaging. I added 1/2 teaspoon to the water. salt and a slice of lemon for flavor.
  3. Throw the finished shrimp in a colander and peel, if necessary. Finely chop the peeled shrimp. You can also place the shrimp in a blender bowl and beat into a smooth, creamy paste like paste. I didn't.
  4. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Pass the garlic through a press.
  5. In a salad bowl, combine chopped shrimp, grated cheese and chopped garlic.
  6. Season the resulting mass with mayonnaise. I recommend using a homemade one.
  7. Mix everything well. If the mass is too dense, you can add a little more mayonnaise until you get the desired consistency.
  8. Spread the filling over the tartlets. Garnish the tartlets with whole shrimp, red caviar and basil leaves as I did. Or come up with your own design option - here the imagination is endless.
  9. Perhaps these are the most delicious of all the tartlets that I have made before, and I have made a lot of them with different fillings. I deliberately did not beat the shrimps in a blender, so that their taste was clearer and more pronounced.
  10. In addition to the products indicated in the composition, other ingredients can be added to the shrimp filling for tartlets, thereby changing or updating their taste.
  11. It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here for interesting recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
  12. Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
