Thyme Corn Flour Cookies

  1. Peel the zest from the lemon and squeeze the juice. Tear off the leaves from the thyme sprigs.
  2. Grind the ingredients for making the dough
  3. Mix the corn flour, sugar, soda, lemon zest. Grind a little with a spoon so that the zest gives off taste.
  4. Add sour cream, butter and olive oil to the dry mixture
  5. Melt the butter in the microwave. Pour a little creamy and olive, sour cream into a free-flowing mixture.
  6. Mix ingredients, roll into a ball and refrigerate
  7. Gather the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 40-60 minutes. The dough is crumbly, not sticky.
  8. Cut the dough, place on a baking sheet and bake until tender.
  9. Cut the hearts out of the dough with a mold. Bake cookies at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for 15 minutes.
