These almond buns are great for breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches and burgers. The buns have a pleasant taste without a pronounced aroma of spices, a soft texture and a smooth golden crust.

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs and beat with a whisk.
  4. Melt the butter, cool slightly and add to the egg mixture. Whisk the mixture again.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly into 6 parts and place in a 6-well muffin tin. The mixture is thick enough, so you can use a baking sheet with parchment paper to bake.
  6. Bake for 12-17 minutes at 180 degrees C (exact cooking time varies by oven). After 12 minutes, use a wooden skewer to check that the buns are done.
  7. Remove the buns from the oven and cool on a plate or wire rack.
