Apple soufflé is a great dessert with apple and cottage cheese that can brighten up any tea party. The apple soufflé cooks quickly enough. Cooking a soufflé does not take a lot of effort and money.

  3. Bake soufflé in tins in microwave for 5 minutes. Then check - if cottage cheese still sticks to your finger, then you need to bake for another couple of minutes. Serve the apple soufflé on a plate sprinkled with cinnamon.
  4. You can store the soufflé in the refrigerator for two days.
