  1. Combine eggs, sugar and salt in a large bowl until sugar dissolves. Add one cup flour and baking soda.
  2. Add a glass of milk and sunflower oil, stir. Then, continuing to stir with a whisk or mixer, add the remaining flour and milk into the mixture in small portions. Preheat a frying pan with a little oil. Pour a little dough into a hot frying pan, distribute it evenly throughout the pan.
  3. Bake the pancake on one side for about 1 minute. We turn over. We bake for about 30 more seconds on the other side, after which we transfer the finished pancake to a plate. We repeat the procedure for baking pancakes until the dough runs out.
