Almond flour is the main ingredient in this recipe, as it is in many low-carb and gluten-free baked goods. Almond flour is identical in composition to whole almonds, so it fills baked goods with useful substances. Among the nutrients in almond flour are phosphorus, potassium, calcium, and deleuze. In addition, the vitamin E contained in flour is a good antioxidant.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C and line a 12-cup metal muffin tin with liners. Spray the inside of the earbuds with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, salt, and sweetener. Then add lightly beaten eggs, Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Add chopped almonds or chocolate chips (or both). Almonds can also be placed on top of muffins as a filling.
  3. Place the dough in muffin tins, filling each tins about 3/4 full.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick: if the toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out dry, the muffin is ready.
