All the time I pay attention to various snacks and salads in a cafe or at friends' houses. Recently I tried a very tasty salad, now I hasten to share its recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. I start cooking with shrimps: I have them peeled and in a vacuum, wash them thoroughly, remove the tail and intestines, then wipe them with napkins. I mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper, coat with the resulting mixture of shrimp. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, distribute the shrimps on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  2. For the sauce: I put ¾ cups of mayonnaise in a bowl, add finely chopped dill, wine vinegar, juice of one lime, finely chopped red onion. I mix everything well.
  3. I take the shrimp out of the oven and leave it to cool completely.
  4. Put the cooled shrimp in a bowl, add the prepared sauce, mix.
  5. I cut the avocado, remove the bone, peel it, cut the pulp of the fruit into cubes, add the avocado to the shrimp.
  6. I had Chinese dumplings dough (chilled). I cut each sheet diagonally.
  7. I fry the dough in a hot pan with the addition of sunflower oil, immediately transfer it to a napkin so that the fat is absorbed.
  8. I serve the finished salad in a common dish, and spread the fried dough in a circle or serve in a separate plate.
