  2. Fry eggs in the same skillet. To avoid hot splashes, you can first crush the eggs into a bowl and then gently pour them into the skillet.
  3. Fry the eggs however you like. For the fried eggs, fry on one side and cover until the eggs are completely fried. For inverted fried eggs, fry the eggs for a few minutes, then turn over and let sit for another minute. While the eggs are cooking, chop and lightly brown the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
