Baked chicken with spicy nut filling

Ingredients

  1. Fry the onion in butter (50 grams) until transparent, let cool completely.
  2. Chop nuts, I chop with a blender
  3. Cut the crusts off the bread and cut into cubes
  4. Fried onions, slices of bread, chopped nuts, chopped parsley, garlic (pass through a press), salt, pepper, and combine your favorite seasonings. To this mixture add eggs beaten with milk. Stuff the bird with the resulting mixture, fasten the hole with wooden toothpicks.
  5. Put the stuffed chicken in a baking dish, salt the chicken on top, grease with a mixture of butter (20 grams), pepper, mustard.
  6. Cover the form with the chicken with foil, or place it in a baking sleeve, as I did.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. We bake in the sleeve for one hour, and after an hour we cut the sleeve and let the chicken brown for another 30-35 minutes, from time to time pouring it with the juice formed during baking.
  8. Enjoy your meal. Very tasty chicken served with baked potatoes and vegetables.
