Baked Peppers with Chicken and Mushrooms

A variation on the theme of stuffed peppers and julienne in one dish! Baked peppers with chicken and mushrooms is a very elegant and tasty dish that will certainly decorate your table!

Ingredients

  1. Peel the onion, chop and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
  2. Add finely chopped chicken fillet, fry until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add chopped mushrooms, fry until mushrooms reduce in size.
  4. Grate the cheese.
  5. Add to the pan 1 tbsp. l. sour cream and half of the total amount of cheese, mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Wash the pepper, cut in half and carefully remove the seeds and stalk. Pour into a baking dish.
  7. Fill peppers with stuffing. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes, then remove the peppers, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with herbs and serve hot! Bon appetit!
