Salad of beans, smoked chicken breast and tomato is a simple, hearty and very tasty salad that is suitable for both everyday and festive tables. From this amount of ingredients, 3-4 servings of salad are obtained.
The cooking time in the recipe header is indicated without taking into account the time required to cook the beans.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's prepare all the ingredients. Wash the tomatoes, cook the beans in advance until tender. You can, of course, use canned beans, but I prefer regular boiled beans.
  2. Cut the chicken breast and tomatoes into small cubes, finely chop the onion. If an "evil" onion is caught, if desired, it can be scalded with boiling water or pickled.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together, salt to taste.
  4. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
  5. Dress up the salad and serve. If desired, croutons can be added just before serving.
  6. Bon appetit!
