Beaten eggs (omelet) with asparagus

Egg dish with asparagus and bacon. Fast, satisfying and tasty.

Ingredients

  1. Peel, wash and chop the onion (finely chop).
  2. Wash the asparagus, remove the tough ends. Cut the prepared asparagus into small pieces.
  3. Combine eggs and milk. Add a pinch of salt.
  4. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Preheat a skillet, melt butter in a preheated skillet.
  6. Add the onion and sauté for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add the asparagus. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes.
  8. Add bacon. Fry for another 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  9. Add the egg and milk mixture to the skillet.
  10. Stir quickly and serve - the asparagus omelet is ready.
  11. The asparagus omelet can be served. Bon Appetit!
