This berry pizza is reminiscent of cheesecake and soft-filled fruit cookies. The appetizer is suitable for breakfast and dessert. Thanks to the decoration with fresh berries, pizza can replace dessert on a festive table.

  1. In a blender bowl, combine dry crust ingredients until smooth. Add cold butter and turn the blender back on until the mixture looks like cornmeal. Add the vanilla and egg and beat again until the dough is smooth and smooth.
