Boiled Chicken Breast Salad is easy! For cooking, we will use chicken meat, cheese, mushrooms, carrots, onions and mayonnaise. A very simple but delicious salad will brighten your everyday life.

  1. Cut the boiled breast into small cubes.
  2. Cut the cheese into small cubes as much as possible and add it to the chicken.
  3. We cut the champignons.
  4. Canned ones won't work here!
  5. Finely chop the onion.
  6. Rub the carrots on a medium grater.
  7. Preheat a frying pan, pour in oil and fry the onions and carrots in it.
  8. Add mushrooms to the pan.
  9. Mix everything well and cook everything until mushrooms are cooked over medium heat (7-10 minutes).
  10. Then add the mushrooms to the salad bowl.
  11. Add salt to all ingredients to taste, pepper and add mayonnaise.
  12. We mix everything well and send it to stand in the refrigerator for a while, brew well and soak. Bon Appetit!
