Recipe for beginners. For those who have never cooked anything and are just taking the path of cooking. Omelet, first of all, is a French cuisine dish that does not include milk, flour, or any other ingredients. Well beaten eggs only.

  1. Cut the sausage into slices, the onion into half rings, and the cheese into strips, or grate. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the onions in sunflower oil. When the onion starts to turn yellow, add the sausage.
  3. Fry for 1 minute. from each side. Before browning.
  4. Add eggs, set low heat, use a spatula to pry the middle of the egg so that everything is evenly baked. Cover and fry until tender.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and leave for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions on top.
