Best Zucchini casserole

Delicious zucchini casserole. First, the dish is fried on the stove, then baked in the oven.

Ingredients

• Zucchini (zucchini) - 3 Pieces
• Garlic - 2 Cloves
• Bay leaf - 1 piece
• Rosemary sprig - 1 pc
• Sage Leaves - 2 Pieces
• Thyme sprig - 1 Piece
• Cream - 250 Milliliters
• Cheese - 100 Grams
• Salt, pepper - - To taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Cut the courgettes into slices. Heat olive oil in a skillet, then add 1 bay leaf, 1 sprig of thyme, 1 sprig of rosemary, 2 leaves of sage and 2 cloves of garlic unpeeled. Fry for one minute. Add zucchini. Fry for about 10 minutes, until the slices are browned. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and fry for another minute.
2. Remove the garlic and herbs, put the zucchini in a sieve and leave to drain.
3. Combine cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Lubricate the mold with oil.
4. Place half of the courgettes in a dish in an even layer. Pour half of the cream mixture over. Add the remaining courgettes and add the rest of the cream.
5. Place in oven for about 20 - 30 minutes until golden brown.
