Biscuits with bacon, mushrooms and eggs

  1. Grind flour, oil and salt into crumbs (with a fork or using a food processor).
  2. Add water little by little and knead the dough. We wrap the dough in foil and send it to the refrigerator for about half an hour.
  3. In the meantime, let's prepare the filling.
  4. Cut the peeled onion into half rings.
  5. Cut the bacon into strips.
  6. Wipe the champignons with a damp cloth and cut into slices.
  7. Fry onions in a pan with heated vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
  8. Add bacon, fry for a minute. Add mushrooms and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Add the cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking for 1-2 minutes. We remove from the fire.
  10. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  11. Divide the dough into 3 parts, roll each into a circle about 0.5 cm thick.Place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
  12. We spread the filling in the middle, retreating from the edge about 3 cm.
  13. Tuck the edges of the dough and grease them with egg yolk. We put in a preheated oven for 8 minutes.
  14. We take out biscuits and break one egg in each on top. Salt and pepper to taste.
  15. We send it back to the oven for about 15 minutes, or a little longer if you want the yolk to set well.
  16. We take out biscuits from the oven.
  17. Serve biscuits with bacon, mushrooms and eggs hot.
