Budget meatless bread cutlets are an incredibly simple and tasty dish. Take note of this unusual recipe - egg-bread patties are easy to prepare and very tender.

  1. Boil two of the three eggs hard-boiled (about 8 minutes after boiling). Then cool boiled eggs in cold water, peel and cut into arbitrary pieces.
  2. Cut the bread or just break it into pieces and soak in milk for a couple of minutes.
  3. Combine bread in a blender bowl (you do not need to squeeze, there will be a little milk) and the remaining raw egg. Season with salt and pepper. A blender will make it easier to prepare minced meat, but it is not necessary to use it - you can simply grind the soft mass thoroughly with a fork.
  4. Chopped boiled eggs can be added already to the minced bread so that the pieces of eggs are visible in the cut of the finished cutlets. And in order to achieve a more uniform structure of the cutlets, the chopped boiled eggs must be added at this stage.
  5. Kill the egg and bread mince well until smooth.
  6. Use hands moistened with water to mold dense cutlets. Pour the breadcrumbs into a plate suitable for rolling.
  7. Breaded cutlets in breadcrumbs.
  8. Melt the butter in a frying pan and place the egg-bread patties there.
  9. Fry cutlets over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  10. The cutlets are crispy. If you prefer less fried patties, cook them over low heat until golden brown.
  11. Delicious bread cutlets with boiled eggs are ready.
