A quick breakfast that will always decorate the table and add variety.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We cut bread into slices of any thickness according to your taste. We put it aside.
  2. Break 2-3 eggs into a small small bowl. The thinner the bread slices, the larger the eggs.
  3. We sprinkle a bit of salt, red ground pepper, black pepper, you can do any seasoning according to your taste.
  4. Beat, but not until the "omelette" state. It should not be too evenly so that it is not absorbed immediately into the bread. We set aside.
  5. Preheat the pan. We throw in a piece of butter or margarine with the expectation that the melted piece will lubricate the entire bottom of the vessel.
  6. While it melts, apply with a spoon to a piece of bread, sandwiched between the fingers of the left hand and held vertically above the bowl (so that the excess egg flows back into the bowl). We pour it on both sides. We throw it at the place where the butter has melted, parallel to the piece of butter (if it is still alive and ready to melt further), move it to the side.
  7. We carry out this operation with all the pieces. Turn over as soon as the bottom side is ready and at the same time we throw small pieces of butter into the pan so that it does not burn, but fries.
  8. We put it on a plate, eat!
