  4. Reduce heat, add extra butter to the skillet. Fry the broccoli for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season the broccoli and place the remaining butter slices on top of it. Serve hot.
  6. You can also add a spoonful of homemade mayonnaise or crème fraiche.
