Buckwheat porridge with chicken

Buckwheat porridge with chicken

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Add 1 tsp. salt, dried basil.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings and add to the chicken.
  4. Cut carrots into cubes and put in a pan.
  5. Add chopped dill.
  6. Put in a pan 2-3 tbsp. l. tomato paste, dilute with water and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Rinse buckwheat, put in a pan. Squeeze out the garlic.
  8. Cover and simmer until the water has evaporated, about 20 minutes.
  9. Buckwheat with chicken is ready, bon appetit!
