Buckwheat with vegetables and cheese in a pot is a very tasty and aromatic vegetarian dish.

  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients for the preparation of our dish.
  2. Cut all vegetables and cheese into small cubes. Preheat a frying pan, pour oil into it. Pour in the cumin, fry it, then add all the other spices. After a few seconds, pour in the diced vegetables and cheese. Cover and fry everything for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. We wash the buckwheat thoroughly under running water. Then grease the pots with butter. We spread a layer of washed buckwheat in an earthenware dish.
  4. Then a layer of vegetables with cheese.
  5. We alternate the layers several times.
  6. Salt, fill with water and add a little butter.
  7. We close the pot with a lid and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
