When you want something vegetable, and there are only expensive and tasteless vegetables on the shelves ... yes, this is not uncommon in Moscow in winter. But there is always a way out, just take a closer look =) Cabbage is generally a lifesaver in the keto kitchen. We eat it in different versions: we add it to the soup to replace potatoes, we use it instead of bread in cutlets, we make delicious salads, or we stew it with meat!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry the minced meat until half cooked over high heat
  2. Chop the cabbage, add to the minced meat and leave with a lid on for 5 minutes
  3. Then add finely chopped peppers and reduce heat to medium
  4. Simmer for about 20 minutes, stir occasionally. In the middle, add salt, pepper, garlic and a drop of curry
  5. And at the very end, add butter and let the dish brew for another 10 minutes
  6. Serve with sour cream. The higher the fat content, the better.
