Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Grate the cabbage on a coarse grater, or chop it with a food processor or knife.
  2. In a large skillet, melt half the butter and sauté the cabbage over medium heat for about 10 minutes to soften the cabbage without darkening.
  3. Add spices and vinegar. Continue frying for a couple more minutes. Transfer from the skillet to a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Saute the ground beef until most of the liquid has evaporated. Reduce heat.
  5. Add ready-made cabbage to the minced meat and fry for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat, add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add 2/3 grated cheese and mix thoroughly. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and place in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until a golden brown cheese crust forms.
  8. Serve with a green salad.
